AGO Rating for Agents is designed specifically for use by agents, brokers and others representing your products. We have gone to great lengths to assure that the system is easy for your agents to use and understand. At the same time, however, we recognize that it is important for the system to contain a high degree of selling power. Quoting

Quotes can be generated with a few keystrokes. We can include the capability to have multiple versions of a quote for each prospect. The agent has the ability to easily store and print out a variety of coverage and premium options. The system also includes a quote purge function.

Cover letters for quotations can be automatically printed. Agents can merge the quote information into their own word processing systems.

The rating is based on your company's filings. We use your order of rating, credits, and endorsements. If you offer your agents multiple rating plans, they will be included in the program(s).

Applications may be printed out, faxed directly from a PC, submitted via disk or uploaded. For agents with binding authority, the system is capable of printing out complete declarations pages for instant binders. The printout would include the list of endorsements that automatically get attached to the policy.
