AGO’s Policy Systems create statistics for several bureaus such as ISO, MSO, AAIS, NCCI and independent Workers Comp Bureaus. Two examples of the AGO reporting modules are the Workers Comp Policy Reporting (WCPOLS) and the Workers Comp Unit Statistical Reporting (USTAT). Both these products may be licensed as stand-alone modules.
Workers Comp Policy Reporting (WCPOLS)
The AGO Workers Compensation Tape Reporting System supports automated compilation and filing of mandated WCPOLS reports to the particular state bureau that has jurisdiction over a policy. The AGO WCPOLS system complies with both the NCCI and independent state bureaus electronic formats. This system is fully integrated with the AGO Workers Comp Policy System (WCPPS). All transactions in the WCPPS automatically generate a record to the WCPOLS repository. On a scheduled basis the submission creation program is invoked to retrieve, sort, sequence and output the batch of policy transactions to a submission file. This file may then be transmitted to the appropriate bureau. This module is available as a stand-alone product.

Workers Comp Unit Statistical Reporting (USTAT)
The AGO Workers Compensation Unit Statistical System (WCSTAT) supports the automated compilation and filing of mandated Workers Compensation Unit Statistical reports to independent Workers Compensation bureaus or NCCI. This system is fully integrated with the AGO Workers Comp Policy Processing System and the AGO All Lines Claims Tracking System for the access of policy and claims data. Import utilities allow for the transfer of policy and claims data from third party systems. This module is also available as a stand-alone product.
